The Sunshine State

These are a few of the pictures taken while on a recent trip to Florida with a couple of friends.

The one above was taken at a rest stop on interstate 95 in Georgia. Truth be told the sky looked even more stunning but by the time I got the camera unpacked the clouds had moved a bit.

During our vacation, one of our day excursions took us to the “old city”, St. Augustine. This guy was standing outside of a tobacco shop located on a pedestrian street filled with mom and pop shops.

There is an awesome hotel in St. Augustine, the Casa Monica, which always has one of their old cars sitting out front. It fits right in with the ambiance created by the architecture.
