Through The Eye Of My Neighbor’s Lens
The other day I spent the afternoon at a local park taking pictures with a camera lens my neighbor let me borrow. The lens is a Canon EF 75-300 4-5.6 III which was used with my Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTI camera body. I’m in the market for a telephoto lens at some point, so it’s nice to be able to get hands-on time with a few before buying one. At the current price around $200 this lower cost Canon lens has a sturdy but light weight feel, and takes good sharp pictures. I took 80 or so pictures with the lens and selected a few to post that demonstrate some of the capabilities of the lens. These photos have not been modified other than cropping one of them.
